Advancement Chair: Monitors scouts for their progress, keeps troop advancement records up to date, works with MB counselors to ensure that scouts’ participation/completion of MB requirements is kept up to date, gives printed advancement reports once a month to SM/SPL for distribution to scouts via their PLs.

Camping Trip Planner: Works with SM, SPL, and the scout assigned to plan the trip to handle the logistics of a camping trip, to include schedule, securing of the host site, tour permits, cost and fees; works with SM, SPL and scout to plan activities during the camping trip, solicits adult leadership and transportation, coordinates collection of trip fees with SPL and treasurer.

Court of Honor Refreshments Coordinator: Lines up light refreshments to serve after fall and spring courts of honor.

Patrol Advisor: Serve as adult resource to patrol leader and the scouts in the patrol, monitors advancement progress of scouts in the patrol, reviews camping and menu plans, highlight to the SM and SPL areas where instruction is required, assists with set-up or support of activities as required. Each Patrol advisor serves as camping trip planner for one camping trip during the year.

Also would make arrangements for a pool should any boys need to work on a swimming merit badge during the year.
